Terms & Conditions

Service Terms

Website content is informational and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Eligibility for prescription care is determined by a licensed provider after review of health history, state availability, and clinical appropriateness. Orders may be declined or changed when a product, service, or medication is not appropriate for the patient.

Privacy Policy

Patient + Customer Privacy

Luma collects contact details, order information, and health information needed to respond to inquiries, evaluate care requests, process orders, coordinate pharmacy fulfillment, and support payment review. Health information is handled with care and shared only with service providers, pharmacies, payment processors, and clinical partners as needed to deliver requested services or comply with applicable law.

Return / Refund Policy

Refunds + Cancellations

Unopened, non-prescription products may be eligible for return review within 30 days of delivery. Prescription medications, compounded products, used products, opened products, and products already shipped by a pharmacy are not returnable. If a paid prescription path is not approved by a licensed provider before fulfillment, the patient should receive a refund for that medication order according to the final checkout policy.

Shipping / Delivery

Fulfillment Timing

Non-prescription products are shipped to the address provided at checkout after order review. Prescription and compounded items, if prescribed, are fulfilled by the dispensing pharmacy and shipped according to pharmacy processing timelines, temperature-control needs, state rules, and carrier availability. Delivery times may vary by product and destination.

Billing Disclosure

Launch Billing

The launch checkout may use one-time purchases, refill-by-choice purchases, or recurring shipments depending on the final Shopify setup. The checkout will disclose price, billing frequency, included products, renewal timing, and cancellation instructions before any live payment is captured. For prescription pathways, Prescription pathways require provider review before approval, fulfillment, shipment, or final payment capture.

Compounded Medication Disclosure

Semaglutide + Tirzepatide

Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, when prescribed, are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy for an individual patient and are not FDA-approved branded medications. These medications require a valid prescription, clinical review, and pharmacy fulfillment. Availability may change based on law, regulation, supply, clinical judgment, and pharmacy requirements.

Pharmacy Disclosure

Licensed Pharmacy Fulfillment

Luma may coordinate fulfillment through licensed pharmacy partners when appropriate for the patient's prescription, state, and product needs. The dispensing pharmacy may vary by medication, availability, and patient location.
